Terms & Conditions

Minimum order
The minimum order for your initial purchase is £45.
Once you have spent over £200 or placed at least 3 orders of £45 or more you can apply to have your minimum order requirement reduced.

Payment
Payment is accepted by most major credit or debit cards either online or over the telephone.  We also accept payment by wire transfer, cheque or postal order.  Please note that if you choose not to pay online, we must receive your payment within 7 days of placing your order, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel it.  If paying by cheque please allow 7 days after receipt for it to clear.  We regret that we are unable to offer credit under any circumstances, no orders will be shipped until they are paid in full.

VAT
Our annual turnover does not currently reach the threshold that would require us to charge you VAT.  Therefore all prices shown on the website are the price you will pay, no VAT will be added.

Cancelling an order
You may cancel your order at any time prior to delivery.  If your order has already been shipped please refuse delivery so that it can be returned to us.  In the case of an order which has already been shipped, once it is received back to us safely you will be offered a refund minus the shipping charge.  Once the order has been signed for it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping charges are non refundable.  Orders qualifying for free shipping will have £5 deducted from the refund to cover unrecoverable cost of us shipping the order to you.
Orders paid for by credit card will have 5% deducted from the refund to cover unrecoverable processing charges.

Delivery
All orders require a signature on delivery.  If no one is available to accept your package when delivery is attempted, you may be required to collect it from a local pick up point or arrange redelivery.  it is the customers responsibility to receive delivery of the package.  All packages returned to us will be subject to a redelivery charge of £5.50 or the normal cancellation fees.

Paypal
We are able to accept paypal payment however we prefer not to as this service is more expensive than worldpay (especially for debit card payments).  If you choose to pay by Paypal a 3% handling charge will be applied to your order.  If paying by Paypal please make sure you are able to provide a confirmed address. Thank you.

Returns
Whilst we take great care to ensure that your order reaches you promptly and in excellent condition, there are unfortunately times when this does not happen. In the interests of hygiene we only accept the return of goods which are damaged or faulty.  If you should receive damaged or faulty goods from us please make contact within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or refund.
Please be sure to check your order carefully as soon as you receive it.  We cannot be held responsible for missing, damaged or faulty items after the agreed time limit.  If your order is over £200 and you think you will need extra time to check it please contact me to arrange this.
Customers MUST contact us in advance to arrange return of items.

Credit Cards
Orders paid for by credit card can only be shipped to the registered cardholders address (that is the address the bills/statements are sent to).  All orders are fraud screened and we will be notified if the address given does not match the address on the credit card. 
If you make payment by credit card with an incorrect shipping address your payment will be refunded minus a 5% admin fee.

Alternative Shipping Address
Shipping to an alternative address can be possible if payment is made by debit card.  If you require shipping to an alternative address with a debit card you must still provide the billing address. 
If you make payment by debit card and supply an incorrect billing address you will be subject to the same 5% admin fee deducted from your refund.

Use of Images
All content and images on this site are copyright protected and may not be used without written permission.
We will usually give permission for our images to be used to aid the sale of products purchased from this site.  Where permission may be granted for customers to use the images, customers will never have permission to edit the images in any way other than to resize them.
Appropriate action will be taken against anyone found to be using copyrighted images or content without permission.
If you require additional images (e.g. colour variations) please contact me to arrange this at the time you place your order.  It is important that you contact us before your or is shipped, just in case the item you require a photograph of is the last one in stock!
